Remsons Holding Ltd. acquires 51 per cent stake of BEE lighting

News Source:

Remsons Holding Ltd. acquired a 51 per cent stake in BEE Lighting. BEE Lighting was established in 2006 and is well known for its expertise in car headlights, rear lamps, and other interior and exterior lighting solutions. Focusing heavily on innovation, BEE has developed a devoted clientele and made significant strides in the automotive sector with its LED and ADB (Adaptive Driving Beam) systems.

Through this agreement, Remsons will be able to offer a far wider selection of solutions for client needs and will benefit from BEE’s cutting edge design and technology, which includes the UK’s most modern light laboratory authorised to deliver Global Homologation certifications.

This is an exciting step forward in providing consumers with more complete solutions, according to Rahul Kejriwal, Executive Director of Remsons.

The creators of BEE Lighting, Paul Crees and Colin Fulford, said that this collaboration will help them expand their client base internationally and improve product innovation. It is anticipated that the purchase would immediately improve customer satisfaction, market reach, and product development.
