Focusing on this market trend, Chang-Yu Technology has announced new competitively Sorting & taping machine for high power LED. The company said this H360is an automated sorting machine to classify High Power LED efficiently. It is available 66 bins for loading and with buffers at unload section to prevent stopping during production. H360 can connect the instrument to sort DUT into different bins rapidly and precisely. Moreover, the modularization design let users can easily change the jigs for various High Power LEDs under test and reduce maintenance cost.

Chang-Yu also developed H366 for High power LED automated taping. H366 taps DUT after automated loads DUT with tube, moves DUT forward by parallel vibration track, pick & places DUT to each station by absorption device. H366 also has electricity test station to tell apart the different direction of DUT or failed DUT and automated put them into the No-Go tube. H366 equipped with PLC control system and touch panel interface to perform the real-time monitoring of binning result. The RGB lighting indicator will show the operation status of system to make operation management easier.
