Aeon Lighting Technology has launched a brand new street light, the Lodestar Street Light S02. The benefit of this street light is that it’s developed with a light weight design. It can work almost anywhere in the world, suitable with -40°C to 40°C ambient temperature. The most important is that it’s built with our most advanced LED street lighting technology for excellent stability and high performance. It has surpassed all of our previous street lights in that it provides better performance and lighting.

Some of its key features in its design include an aerospace structure to ensure optimal cooling. The PFC is up to 0.99 which offers a stable voltage output which can reduce energy consumption. It also meets the IP68 waterproof standard for any weather conditions. The street lights emit zero ultraviolet, infrared, or harmful electromagnetic waves and include no detrimental substances (such as mercury). This translates to a safer environment for our beautiful planet and our streets. Acording to ALT's President and CEO, Mr. Liang, has personally made sure that LED lights have gone through all the proper testing and regulations (Safety and Pre-caution).

The President of Gambia is visiting ALT on April 21st, the company is planning to partner with the government of Gambia to launch Aeon's products in their country.

Acording to ALT, they will continue to launch more products through out the year, the all new model "T-25" is coming out in MAY 2009.
