Lunera Lighting Launches Fourth Generation SERIES 22-G4 Recessed LED Troffer

Next Generation Troffer Delivers Higher Efficacy at 100 Lumens Per Watt

Lunera Lighting, Inc., the lighting solutions leader in the transformation to advanced LED technology, today announced the release of the fourth generation of their 2’ X 2’, recessed LED troffer, the SERIES 22-G4. With this generation of troffers, Lunera is bringing the brilliance of natural light to Class A offices, schools, hospitals, data centers, and retail stores.

The Lunera SERIES 22-G4 Recessed LED Troffer is a grid lay-in and surface mountable fixture that delivers up to 4,000 lumens of 86+ CRI light, while achieving an unprecedented 100 lumens per watt. The improved 100 lumens per watt efficacy of this product enables specifiers to better meet California’s Title 24 code requirements while saving on energy costs for building owners and tenants.  This high level of performance is achieved by combining high efficacy and high quality LEDs selected using the Lunera truLITE™ Color Consistency Process, with outstanding thermal management design.

“This SERIES 22-G4 exemplifies our vision for lighting, where advanced luminaires not only contribute to energy conservation, but also demonstrably enhance the quality of the environment for its inhabitants,” said Tom Quinn, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “It is our mission to better the lives of our customers with cost-effective and energy efficient solutions.”

Backed by a 5-year warranty, Lunera’s SERIES 22-G4 fixtures are perfect for use in new commercial construction or retrofit applications.  Additionally, they are the perfect replacement for traditional fluorescent lighting in grid-lay-in ceilings.  Additionally, their slim 2" high housing makes them ideal for low plenum and surface mount applications. An efficient, backlit design features replaceable LED modules for field upgrades over the fixture's life. For further design flexibility, the SERIES 22-G4 is now available at a lower 35W power delivering 3,500 lumens or higher 4,000 lumen output at 40W power.
