HPLighting Taiwan is launching the highest irradiance (10~16W/cm2) UV COB LED module.

A leader in UV LED manufacturer – HPLighting is launching UV COB LED (365~410nm) module without a doubt; the most powerful in terms of irradiance. Considering key criteria including environmental and industrial safety; production efficiency; and product durability, our module offers the best *Cost /Performance ratio* and targeted practically all varieties of curing applications for industries including Printing, Curing, Lithography, and Painting.

Based on our patented Cu-substrate packaging technology, we are able to juice up the UV COB LED module to 100~180w in a small area and with the most efficient heat dissipation. In the meantime, the lethal combination of our Cu Substrate Packaging and Quartz Micro-lens maximize the optical virtue of our UV COB LED module, which UV beam can be evenly and parallel distributed on the objects for curing. The peak irradiance of UV COB LED is measured in between 10~16W/cm2 in 380-410nm. Last but not least, the HPLighting UV COB LED module is with great scalability seamlessly and applicable with any length arrangement with either water-cooling or air-cooling dissipation methods.
