Qingdao Jason Electric Unveils 10mW UVC LEDs

Qingdao Jason Electric, the manufacture of deep ultraviolet light emitting diodes (DUV LEDs) announces that with improvement of their DUV LEDs technology, they have improved their UVC LEDs lifetime to a guaranteed 10,000 hrs, and this is the world’s most cutting-edge technical result. The production line now includes 2mw, 5mw, 10mw and 30mw products.  Since the production of 1mW UVC LED in 2012, Qingdao Jason Electric remains the leading of DUV LEDs markets around the world especially in China.
