Eaton Helps Improve Lighting Efficiency and Performance at Denver International Airport

Power management company Eaton today announced its Cooper Lighting Division is helping to improve optical performance and efficiencies at the Denver International Airport (DIA). Replacing more than 5,400 parking garage fixtures, the DIA conversation will include almost 5,000 McGraw-Edison™ Valet™ light-emitting diode (LED) luminaires, helping the airport to save approximately US $327,000 annually or US $6.5 million over 20 years. Construction of the multimillion-dollar project began in May 2014 with an anticipated completion date of November 2014.

Experience a "Light" Journey at Denver International Airport

The Art & Culture Program at Denver International Airport (DIA) is pleased to present a light art exhibition for passengers and airport visitors to experience at the Art Gallery on level 5 of Jeppesen Terminal beginning in February and concluding in early May. The exhibition titled, A Light Journey, features works by local artists Dorothy Tanner and the late Mel Tanner of Denver-based Lumonics Light & Sound Gallery.
