[Update] Tridonic Connection Technology Breaks Free from Zumtobel Group

Tridonic is parting with its connector business and will put an increasing focus on its core business and on growth in the LED sphere. In this context, the local management of Tridonic connection technology GmbH, formerly a subsidiary of Tridonic with seat in Innsbruck, has taken over all shares of the company under its own responsibility together with AFS All Freight Systems GmbH, Innsbruck, the internationally operating logistics partner of many years, with effect from 30 April 2014.

Tridonic Connection Technology will be trading under its former brand name Electro-Terminal as an independent company as of October 31, 2014, and no longer be part of the Zumtobel Group, according to a recent notice sent by company management.
