Tera Xtal Technology Remains Positive About Retaining GTAT Compensation

Taiwanese sapphire manufacturer Tera Xtal Technology remained upbeat about claiming payment from the bankrupt U.S.-based MOCVD manufacturer GT Advanced Technology (GTAT), according to a UDN report.
