Philips Sets Tree Alight at Vivid Sydney 2015

Royal Philips, the global leader in lighting, is celebrating the southern hemisphere’s largest light, music and art festival, Vivid Sydney 2015, with a visceral new art installation Philips Tree of Light. More than 18,600 individual Philips connected LED lights have been craftily woven into a digital web along the limbs of a tree to create organic, pulsing, interactive light scenes that breathe life and movement into one of Nature’s most still objects.
