Ultravision International, a manufacturer and distributor of LED displays and LED lighting, has filed a patent infringement complaint at the United States International Trade Commission (USITC), seeking remedial orders barring 37 companies from importing, selling and distributing infringing LED display products in the United States.

Ultravision Internationa has been awarded a significant judgment as a result of winning a federal lawsuit against Shenzhen Only Optoelectronic Tech Co Ltd (Shenzhen Only) due to infringement on two patents protecting Ultravision’s proprietary Modular LED Display Panel technology. 

Ultravision International announced that it has reached a definitive agreement with Lamar Advertising Company, an owner and operator of outdoor advertising and logo sign displays, for Lamar to purchase LED billboard lights and Modular LED Display Panels from Ultravision.

Ultravision International, a US-based manufacturer and distributor of LED displays and LED lighting, and American Lighting Technologies, dba Lighting Technologies, have reached a mutual agreement to resolve Ultravision v Lighting Technologies and dismiss two patent infringement litigations pending in the U.S. Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
