TowerJazz Supplies Chips to LeddarTech for Automotive LiDAR Applications

TowerJazz, an Israel-based chip producer, announced that its 0.18um CMOS Image Sensor (CIS) SPAD (single-photon avalanche diode) process has been selected by LeddarTech, a Canadian automotive LiDAR developer, for its automotive LiDAR solutions. TowerJazz’s CIS SPAD platform combines CMOS, image sensors and SPAD on the same chip, offering an integrated solution with figures of merit.
