Hannstar Acquires HannsTouch Plants and Equipment with NTD 2.7 Billion to Deploy Mini/Micro LED

In a press conference held on November 5th at the TWSE, Hannstar announced that it will pay NTD 2.77 billion to acquire the buildings and factory facilities of HannsTouch located at 1-3F., No. 7, Beiyuan 1st Rd., Shanhua Dist., Tainan City, in order to develop Mini/Micro LED panels for future development and operation. HannsTouch spokesperson Huang Boqiang said at the meeting that the transaction amounted to NTD 2.77 billion.
