Ohio State University and Sandia National Laboratories in the USA claim the first demonstration of triple-junction cascaded III-nitride light-emitting diodes (LEDs) grown by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) [Zane Jamal-Eddine et al, Appl.
