Taiwanese LED manufacturer Unity Opto’s LED lighting order visibility has reached five months, according to a China Times report.

Lite-On Technology announced its March 2014 consolidated revenues. Rising demand for LED lighting boosted the company’s revenue for LED components and lighting products, which saw a growth of around 20 percent from February. 

Unity Opto March consolidated revenue grew 25 percent from February on the back of increased lighting and backlighting demands. Working days returning to normal in March allowed the Taiwanese LED package manufacturer to meet client order deadlines after Chinese New Year. The company’s indoor bulb order volume remains high.

Taiwan’s major LED markers have all seen their March revenue surging beyond expectation, with Formosa Epitaxy Inc. taking the lead with a 68.5% rise from February. Epistar Corp. and Unity Opto Technology Co., Ltd also post robust revenue records.
