Carmanah Divests LED Edge-Lit Signs Business

Carmanah Technologies announced that the company and Dr. David Green today closed on an agreement whereby Dr. Green, through his holding company, has purchased Carmanah's LED edge-lit signs business, Carmanah Signs Inc.
