Imtra has completed its ‘green’ initiative to reduce energy consumption at its corporate headquarters. Imtra’s energy saving efforts include the installation of high-yield solar panels on all suitable roofing surfaces resulting in the reduction of outside power consumption by 70%, as well as installing higher energy-efficient bulbs throughout the facility resulting in a lighting fixture power reduction of 9%. Imtra has introduced its new Engine Room Light, the Imtra LED ERL.
Combining 14 high brightness wide-angle LEDs with a UV stabilized diffusion lens cover, the Imtra LED ERL provides optimal flood illumination for low clearance areas frequently found in engine rooms and generator spaces.

Imtra has completed its sixty-four highly-efficient Imtra LED recessed down lights installation at the New Bedford Whaling Museum, America.
Its 5.5W and Hatteras 3.2W LED lights were selected to replace 20-watt halogen lights within all of the display cases throughout the Link Gallery exhibit.
It's estimated that the Imtra LED fixtures, with their minimum 50,000-hour illumination life, will not require replacement for over thirteen years.
