California-based Switch Lighting has launched its first true 100-watt equivalent LED bulb, named the Switch100. With its innovative self-cooling environment, which uses a nontoxic liquid to move heat away from the LEDs inside the bulb, the bulb is capable of achieving 100-watt brightness . When the liquid near the LED chip gets warm, it will flow out towards the edge of the dome and be replaced by cooler liquid from the edge. The hot liquid will then cool at the edge, before it moves again into the center to replace the new hot liquid. The Switch100 is also dimmabl...
