Aalberts Industries Targets to LED Market through Lamers’ Sales Channels

Reportedly, Aalberts Industries N.V. has signed an agreement with the Air Liquide group to buy out 100% of the shares of Dutch based firm Lamers High Tech Systems B.V. (Lamers) in the Netherlands subject to antitrust clearance. It’s said that since 1984, Lamers has been active in the development, engineering, manufacturing, assembling, testing and qualification of systems for control and distribution of high purity gases and chemicals.
