TRG Should Fined € 5,000 for Nichia’s White LED Claims

It’s said that The Republic Group Handelsvertretung GmbH (TRG) has been demanded to pay € 5,000 for not complying with Nichia. Date back to January 18, 2011,the District Court Düsseldorf in Germany ordered TRG to comply with Nichia’s claims upon TRG’s acknowledgement.
