For IDEC has produced the new mini and long units, its LF1D light units can apply to a wide variety of machine, process and assembly line applications. It claimed that the maximum brightness in their class can up to 67.2 Lumens/Watt. Its LED lights provide lighting brightening up not only the target object, but also a wider area.
The new mini unit owns a small size of only 100 x 50 x 25 mm (4 x 2 x 1-in.), making it suitable for small-sized machines where high brightness is needed but space is little. Mini versions use one large LED light engine, rather tha...

IDEC Corp has utilized blue LED elements and yellow fluorescent materials to develop pseudo white LED modules. Under IDEC’s new method, an LED device can be packaged just by covering it with a gel-like silicon resin sheet containing a fluorescent material and heating it. Compared with a conventional method that packages an LED device by inpouring liquid resin, the new method can reduce the time used for packaging process to 1/9. With the conventional method, a "dam" is formed around an LED device on the substrate to keep the resin. Then, t...

With an IP69K rating, LF1D LED lighting units can now be used in environments requiring a high degree of protection from dust, as well as the ability to withstand high-pressure and high-temperature spray-downs. This rating makes them ideal for machine tools, food and beverage processing, bottling, pharmaceutical, transportation (road vehicles such as cement trucks that require regular, intensive cleaning) and waste water treatment markets.
These compact LED light strips are the brightest in their class at 67.2 Lumens/Watt (Wide) and 66.6 Lumens/Watt (Slim) respectivel...
