Historic German Hotel Adlon Kempinski Checks In Deep Energy Savings with GE LED Lamps

Hotel Adlon Kempinski, one of the most recognized and acclaimed hotels in Germany, has reduced its energy consumption by 80 percent following the replacement of halogen lighting with LED lamps in 382 hotel guest rooms. Seven thousand GE LED replacement lamps have been installed throughout the hotel in Berlin, reducing energy consumption by 140,000 kilowatt hours (kWh) per year compared to the halogen lamps previously used.
