Award-winning LED lighting project slashes energy bills and saves over 850 Tonnes of C02

With the help of lighting manufacturer MHA Lighting, three companies with offices in Catalina Property Services' St. Mary’s Court, a 36,000 square foot commercial building in Douglas, are significantly reducing their lighting energy consumption – savings are estimated to exceed £300,000 (NT$ 14,000) and 850 tons of Co2.
