Veeco Receives NASDAQ Notice for Its Delayed Form 10-Q

Veeco Instruments Inc. announced yesterday that it received a letter from The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC (NASDAQ) on August 14, 2013 notifying the Company that it is not in compliance with NASDAQ Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) because its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2013 (the Form 10-Q) was not filed on a timely basis with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
