Shanghai Feilo Acoustics and The Hongkong Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) recently signed a termination agreement that ended the international bank’s role as the sole financial consultant for the Chinese LED luminaire company’s plan to acquire Osram’s lighting business.

LED industries are entering traditional off season in 4Q. HSBC states in their most recent LED report that LED industry 3Q13 revenue was weak due to TV backlight demands being lower than expected.
