Osram Sylvania 40W and 60W Equiv. LED Bulbs Receive Energy Star Certification

North American lighting leader OSRAM SYLVANIA today announced the SYLVANIA A-line low cost line-up of LED replacements for 40 and 60-watt incandescent bulbs now meet the strict energy efficiency and performance criteria established by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)’s ENERGY STAR program. With ENERGY STAR qualifications, SYLVANIA A-line low cost LED bulbs are now eligible for utility rebates. Approximately 94 percent of the more than 500 rebate programs available across the U.S. require products with ENERGY STAR, making SYLVANIA A-line low cost LED bulbs more affordable to consumers and resulting in price points under US$ 9.99.
