When a city lights up for the holidays some highlight certain districts and neighborhoods embellishing the areas of the city that are the most popular with visitors. However one city in South America goes all out creating extravagant and multicolored installations everywhere you look. If Christmas spirit was measured by the magnitude of lighting decorations Medellin Colombia would certainly be a top contender if not the gold medal winner with its famous Christmas Lights Fiesta- Los Alumbrados.

Toshiba Corporation flipped the switch on the new "Centennial Holiday Light Show" in New York City's Grand Central Terminal on November 21.
