BenQ Launches LED-backlit Monitors

BenQ has recently launched three LED displays, the 24in Full HD V2400 Eco, 21.5in Full HD V2200 Eco and 18.5in widescreen G922HDL.

Engineered with zero light leakage, the displays promise an ultra-high dynamic contrast ratio of 5,000,000:1 for intense blacks and extreme whites, the company said. This allows them to show off fine details and near-infinite color variations. Additionally, with its proprietary Senseye 3 Human Vision technology, users can look forward to amplified image richness, clarity and depth, even in the darkest scenes.

Since LED is a stable light source, it provides users with flicker-free performance which is ideal for long-term viewing, BenQ said. The models also feature ‘Eco’ mode for 36 percent less power-consumption without compromising visual enjoyment. All the three models have shared basic specifications that include an aspect ratio 16:9, 5ms response time and a VGA port. The V2400 and V2200 both come with a HDMI connectivity.
