PTL Solar is an international solar street lighting solutions provider and part of Green Energy, while Carmanah is a global solar LED company. They will manufacture solar LED lighting solutions for outdoor applications at a facility in Dubai's Energy and Environment Park (Enpark).

The manufacturing partnership will allow the two companies to make further inroads into the outdoor lighting market in the Middle East and select countries in Africa, as well as help service major clients in the region.A first in Dubai, the alliance will enable flexibility and responsiveness in meeting market demands, while providing high-performing solar LED lighting solutions within a cost framework the market expects, said a company statement.
