Invenlux Optoelectronics (China) Ordered JVS’ QC3 Tool for LED Production Line

InvenLux Optoelectronics (China) has ordered Jordan Valley Semiconductors (JVS)’ QC3 HRXRD tool which is designed to provide characterization for GaAs, InP, Si and GaN (thick buffers) for HB-LED manufacturing industry.

According to Alon Kapel, director of Sales & marketing at JVS, "The QC3, diffractometer was designed for high throughput and low cost of operation, assuring outstanding cost/performance value to our customers. With RSM scans performed in just few minutes, multiple wafers stage (2"-6") and best analysis software (JV RADS), the QC3 system is best optimized for LED mass production manufacturer's quality control."

Chris Yan, CEO of InvenLux Optoelectronics was satisfied with JVS’ product, and said that, “Jordan Valley's XRD system will have a key role at our new production line of GaN (blue, green and purple) epi-wafer, for which InvenLux has their own patent."
