Tanlong Photoelectronics Chairman and COO Resign

Chinese LED manufacturer Tanlong Photoelectronics (Tanlong) announced the resignation of two executives during a board meeting on June 23, 2014.

Tanlong Chairman and General Manager Chen Bihong and COO Meifang have both stepped down. The resignation is to be put into effect immediately. Chen and Meifang will no longer be permitted to work for the company and relinquished all their stock shares in the company.

Chairman Ping Jinsheng and Chief Accountant Xue Meilan will cover all responsibilities held by the General Manager and COO until replacements are found.
