Nestle Portugal modernises HQ with Alfalite LED display

News Source:

Nestlé Portugal has installed an Alfalite LED screen in a multipurpose room at its Lisbon headquarters

GTC – Sistemas Digitais de Video, Alfalite’s partner in Portugal, supplied and installed 72 UHD FinePix AlfaCOB 1.8 panels to create a 7.2m by 2m display.

The LED solution is designed for mission-critical environments in control rooms, while its sharp image quality also makes it ideal for presentations and for broadcast environments and virtual sets requiring fine-pitch or microLED.

Santiago Caro, Alfalite's international development manager, said: “This installation not only highlights our commitment to excellence and innovation, but also demonstrates the trust that large corporations like Nestlé place in our technological solutions.”

AlfaCOB protection affords the LED panels greater durability, with a lifespan of more than 100,000 hours. The screens also offer a 175° horizontal and vertical viewing angle, as well as greater contrast, colorimetry and image uniformity.

Panels with AlfaCOB technology also feature electrostatic discharge protection of more than 10kV and improved thermal dissipation parameters, as well as greater resistance to impacts, liquids, chemicals and fire. They offer anti-glare properties and can be installed with less than 0.5mm between modules.
