HELLA has released its first LED floodlight designed specifically for the mining industry. Based on the expertise and skilled LED technology, the new HELLA HypaLUME LED flood light is designed to withstand long time using in rigorous applications and extreme temperature range from 40 °C below zero to 50 °C without decreasing in light output.
This revolutionary LED flood lamp incorporates 56 high powered LEDs to provide the brightness over 20,000 lumens. The LEDs have a color temperature of 5700K, offering a near daylight environment and ensuring high color rendering. They are combined with three specialized optical distributions to effectively meet all lighting application requirements.
The HELLA HypaLUME's LED driver electronics can keep the stability of light output under the voltage range from 18V to 52 V. The lamp has a luminous efficacy close to 100 lumens per watt. It is available in three models: flood, close range and long range illumination.
HypaLUME is sealed, and protected from reverse polarity, short circuit faults. The Grilamid lens with high impact resistance and chemical resistance can protect the LEDs from environmental damage. The specially designed LED driver board, molded fins for heat dissipation, and LED alignment ensure advanced resistance to maintain the lifespan of five years.
The HypaLUME LED lamp comes pre-wired with 1.8 metres of double insulated, marine grade cable. The LEDs are fully sealed and require no maintenance. A variety of bracket options along with a wide range of aiming options are available, including a 50G mobile equipment bracket, a 15G fixed lighting bracket, and pole and cable suspension mounts. This flood light is idea for many applications including excavators, crushers, shovels, workshops, wash bays, underground tunnels, loading bay, warehouses, processing plants, and conveyor lines etc.
