Ledzworld announces today it has entered into an agreement with Maxtek Digicom Ltd to expand its manufacturing capacity for its main product lines by 10 million units per year in order to accommodate its fast growing sales in Europe, North America, Asia, and Africa.

“The outstanding market response for Ledzworld’s high-performance, no compromise, LED products has necessitated the need for a high-quality manufacturing partner,” said Ken Chakravarti, managing director and CTO of Ledzworld Technology. “Maxtek’s extensive experience in volume-producing LED lamps for the consumer markets as well as its strong manufacturing design capabilities will ensure that we can scale up quickly to meet increasing demand from leading lighting brands and large projects.”
Under the terms of the agreement, Maxtek will manufacture a significant part of the Ledzworld ODM product ranges for its global customers in a dedicated Ledzworld manufacturing facility. In the last 12 months, Maxtek’s output of LED lamps amounted to over 10 million units.
Furthermore, Ledzworld and Maxtek will undertake joint ODM sales activities with leading global lighting brands and collaborate on large projects. During the upcoming Light Fair in Hong Kong (27-30 October) Ledzworld and Maxtek will jointly present their new product ranges.
