NEUTEX LED Lighting has recently announced a major expansion to its corporate, manufacturing and warehouse headquarters based in Houston, TX. After three months of planning and design, the NEUTEX LED expansion project is near breaking ground.
During the past seven years, NEUTEX LED Lighting has grown considerably year after year as the business continues to expand its portfolio of LED lighting products and has an extensive range of clients, including the City of Houston, Houston Airport System, Nissan and national retailers in the consumer and automotive sectors.
The new expansion will accommodate their growing portfolio of explosion proof, custom designed and “Made in the USA” product lines and will enhance the warehouse facilities allowing for greater inventory on hand. Further improvements include larger staff facilities, a spacious meeting room and two new management offices. In addition, NEUTEX LED Lighting has also incorporated a dedicated lab, NTX Labs, to research, develop, prototype and test products as well as a fourth LED fixture manufacturing room.
The planned additional 30,000 square feet of warehouse and manufacturing space, combined with many infrastructure improvements not only increases “Made in the USA” capacity, but also improves efficiency and handling capabilities. The business is also able to help support the local community in creating a number of new job opportunities.
“We’re delighted with the expansion and strongly believe in keeping up with the pace of the increasing demand for quality LED lighting at competitive prices,” said John C. Higgins, founder and president of NEUTEX LED Lighting. “I spend most of my time on the road both in the USA and overseas attending trade shows and meetings to keep NEUTEX LED Lighting at the forefront of the latest products and lighting technology on the market. We’ve begun to expand the existing team and are looking forward to what the next 10 years has in store.”
NEUTEX LED Lighting first launched in 2007 and is now a thriving LED manufacturer of commercial and residential lighting. The company came about to address delivery and warranty issues with energy-efficient lighting. Higgins decided to make the dream of owning a lighting business a reality, delivering exceptional customer service and selling quality products — made in the U.S..
