TCP’s LED Lamp Receives the ENERGY STAR® Certification

Ohio –based company TCP has announced its LED lamp series of products earned the ENERGY STAR® certification, further confirming the company's commitment, with one of the largest number of ENERGY STAR qualified lamps in the industry.

Vice President of Marketing at TCP, Jim Crowcroft, said that "We are excited that our LED series has earned the ENERGY STAR. Our LED strategy has been to produce products that exceed the ENERGY STAR requirements and provide them at a value price.  Achieving ENERGY STAR for our LEDs is a great achievement."

TCP's LED lamps include PAR20, PAR30, PAR38 applications, and are all available in either narrow flood (25 degree) and flood (40 degree) beam spreads.   All of TCP's LEDs dim uniformly down to 0%, with no color-shifting, hum or annoying "flicker."  Also, the center-beam candlepower (CBCP) performance exceeds halogen and other LED products with similar beam angles, while providing very uniform beam patterns.  These LED lamps exceed the industry standards in lumen requirements for 90W PAR38, 75W PAR30, and 45W PAR20 applications.
