NRTC Cooperates with PowerSecure to Supply LED Area Lighting Solution SecureLite™

The National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative (NRTC) had completed an agreement with PowerSecure International’s EnergyLite division to distribute the company’s LED area lighting solution SecureLite™.

According to NRTC, SecureLite is a Dark Sky compliant technology. Its highly efficient design includes its breakthrough proprietary dusk-to-dawn control technology, which maximizes the light’s efficiency and reliability, while reducing maintenance costs.

Compared to a traditional high-pressure sodium (HPS) area lights, SecureLite has a 67 percent reduction in energy usage, and a lifespan three times that of HPS lighting.
