Opple Lighting Raises RMB 864M through its First IPO

Opple Lighting successfully closed its first IPO and raised RMB 864 million (US $130.26 million) after issuing 58 million shares, the company stated.

The company issued its IPO on China’s A-shares at a price of RMB 14.94 per share.

Shares issued online consisted the majority of Opple Lighting’s first IPO after back mechanism, amounting to about 90% and totaling 52.2 million shares. Only 10% of its shares were issued offline and amounted to about 5.8 million shares.
