America is to phase out traditional 100-watt incandescent light on Jan. 1, but it seems to take a time to adapt to the transition. According to the bipartisan law mandating the phaseout, which President George W. Bush signed in 2007, it takes to three steps to phase out incandescent lights. Epistar has announced to gain a share buyback plan in a bid to support its share price. Epistar announced Wednesday it would buy back 10 million shares from the open market at a range of NT$51 to NT$76 between Dec. 29 and Feb. 28, 2012. Taiwan Delta Electronics announced the opening of its Taoyuan Plant 3 and R&D Center. The new plant employs Delta's own energy saving and industrial automation products and control systems.
