Sanan Invests 200 Million to Establish Suncore Energy Corporation

Recently, Sanan optoelectronics announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Suncore core Photovoltaic Technology Co., intends to invest own funds of 200 million Yuan to establish a wholly owned subsidiary in the name of "Qinghai Suncore Energy Limited Company."

It is announced that its Board of Directors decided that Suncore Photovoltaic will spend its own monetary fund of 200 million Yuan to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Qinghai, China, and tentatively named "Qinghai Suncore Energy Co., Ltd." (the final name subject to the approval of authority), mainly engaged in photovoltaic grid-combined power generation plant and the sales of related power module, engineering design photovoltaic systems, construction, technical consulting, maintenance services and so on.

Sanan Optoelectronics said that the above project is conducive to expanding the company's market share, broadening sales channels and enhancing the company's profits.

It is reported that after Sanan Optoelectronics obtained the 40% equity interest of EMCORE Corporation on June 25, Suncore Photovoltaic became its wholly owned subsidiary.
