So far there are not many LED designed specifically for high wattage explosion proof lights on the market. Mr. James Liang, CEO of ALT, explained” The traditional explosion proof light fixture put light source in an enclosed fixture, but LED requires  thermal management to prolong its lifespan, so we construct our lamp body to qualify good explosion proof function, but also good heat dissipation.” The housing of Theseus series anti-explosive lamp is made of anodized aluminum for both durability and corrosion resistance. Patented aluminum extrusion design and specialized thermal conductive material further transmit heat in the most efficient way. More than 20 screws are positioned to firmly secure enclosure, and the gaps are filled with high quality sealant to prevent deterioration, effectively isolating the interior to the outside. Power consumption are 72 watts and 92 watts, equipped with the latest CREE XP-L chipsets, lumen output can reach 11,800lm.

Explosion proof light can be found among petrochemical industry, mining, ports, refrigeration industry, and warehouses. With all the components, structures designed and manufactured in accordance to ATEX requirements, Theseus series can work safely in these potentially dangerous places, and is certified to sell to European countries, Australia, New Zealand, and most countries worldwide.
