Transparent and heat conductive: an innovation for both LED heat dissipation and omni-directional beams.

A technology breakthrough to overcome the bottleneck for achieving both heat dissipation and wide lighting angle of LED lights, featuring omni-directional beams and extra wattage phase transition superconductor heat dissipation.

I.    Operating principle:

The omni-directional LED Evaporative Cooling Bulb-Glass Shell (Fig.1) consists of a double-layer glass jacket with a small amount of transparent thermal conductive oil filled within the inner shell in which both the LED light source and the driver circuitry submerge. When the LED lights up, heat is conducted via the thermal conductive oil and transferred to the inner shell of the glass jacket. A patented phase transition reaction takes place within the jacket space between the inner shell and outer shell, enabling quick heat flow from the inner shell to the outer shell, where the heat dissipates into the surrounding air by natural convection.

II.    Features:
The product replaces the existing E40 and E27 LED Corn Lamps (Fig.2) in the marketplace. Due to lighting pattern and heat dissipation considerations, the LED Corn Lamp had inevitable shortcomings such as dazzling beam, harsh to the eye, multi-shadow, etc., not to mention the risk of electric shock; it had no anti-moisture or dust prevention design; it looked ugly and was heavy, much more like a semi-finished product.

To overcome (Fig.3) – the market available fin-type omni-directional LED lights have to compromise on heat dissipation space in order to achieve the omni-directional requirement. When manufacturing extra power omni-directional light bulbs, exceptional difficulties and challenges exist in terms of how to make them good looking and practically applicable.

The E40/40W omni-directional LED Evaporative Cooling Bulbs, 3300k/ 2600lm (Fig.5), assembled with the ED-120 Evaporative Cooling Bulb-Glass Shell (Fig.4), can substitute a 200W incandescent light bulbs. The following figures show a comparison of beam pattern and luminance between a 3300k/ 2600lm E40/40W omni-directional LED Evaporative Cooling Bulbs (Fig.6) and a 200W incandescent light bulbs (Fig.7).

Summarizing the above, the omni-directional LED Evaporative Cooling Bulb- Glass Shell has the following features:

III.    Applications:

20W-110W LED lights assembled with Evaporative Cooling Bulb-Glass Shell are capable of substituting 100W~660W incandescent light bulbs or 30W~175W energy saving light bulbs (CFL). Evaporative Cooling Bulb-Glass Shell may be combined with B22, E26/27 and E39/40 lamp bases.

Applicable locations:
1.    Extra large wattage LED lighting for main interior lighting of residences.
2.    LED lighting for commercial spaces, warehouses, factories, parking lots, courtyards, etc.
3.    For public spaces such as parks, corridors, sidewalks or other areas that use outdoor LED streetlights or park lights.

IV.    Specifications:
1.    G95/20W LED Evaporative Cooling Bulb-Glass Shell: maximum diameter 95mm, spherical glass bulb for B22, E26/27 lamp bases; total length 140mm; rated phase transition superconducting heat dissipation 20W or less (open space, working environment temperature 45°C or less). An assembled 20W LED Evaporative Cooling Bulbs weighs 170-190g, substitutes a 100-120W incandescent light bulbs or a 30-35W energy saving light bulbs (CFL).
2.    G120/30W LED Evaporative Cooling Bulb-Glass Shell: maximum diameter 95mm, spherical glass bulb for B22, E26/27, E40/39 lamp bases; B22, E26/27 total length 180mm, E40/39 total length 200 mm; rated phase transition superconducting heat dissipation 30W or less (open space, working environment temperature 45°C or less). An assembled 20W LED Evaporative Cooling Bulbs weighs 250~300g, substitutes a 150~180W incandescent light bulbs or a 45~50W energy saving light bulbs (CFL).
3.    ED120/40W LED Evaporative Cooling Bulb-Glass Shell: maximum diameter 120mm, oval ball shape glass bulb for B22, E26/27, E40/39 lamp bases; B22, E26/27 total length 255mm, E40/39 total length 275 mm; rated phase transition superconducting heat dissipation 40W or less (open space, working environment temperature 45°C or less). An assembled 40W LED Evaporative Cooling Bulbs weighs 500~550g, substitutes a 200~240W incandescent light bulbs or a 60~65W energy saving light bulbs (CFL).
4.    ED160/70W LED Evaporative Cooling Bulb-Glass Shell: maximum diameter 160mm, oval ball shape glass bulb for E40/39 lamp bases; total length 340mm; rated phase transition superconducting heat dissipation 70W or less (open space, working environment temperature 45°C or less). An assembled 70W LED Evaporative Cooling Bulbs weighs 800~850g, substitutes a 350~420W incandescent light bulbs or a 105~115W energy saving light bulbs (CFL).
5.    ED200/110W LED Evaporative Cooling Bulb-Glass Shell: maximum diameter 200mm, oval ball shape glass bulb for E40/39 lamp bases; total length 410mm; rated phase transition superconducting heat dissipation 110W or less (open space, working environment temperature 45°C or less). An assembled 110W LED Evaporative Cooling Bulbs weighs 1100~1150g, substitutes a 550~660W incandescent light bulbs or a 165~175W energy saving light bulbs (CFL).
