EarthTron, an unlimited franchised distributor, announced today their global partnership with Veritas Light. Veritas manufactures intelligent lighting systems which are designed to enable full synchronization and control between the lights and the video systems.

EarthTron’s CEO John Pallazola expects explosive growth in the LED lighting industry, specifically for intelligent lighting systems. These highly versatile products are used in a number of different settings including crash test lighting, microscopy lighting, machine vision products, and industrial automation. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) has used Veritas products in the determination of safety ratings for new automobiles. Veritas products are adaptable for high light sensitivity - a feature that produces clear, crisp images necessary for crash test lighting. The intelligent lighting systems are also used to produce tabletop high speed videography - the slow motion effect featured in food commercials.

Veritas Light offers digital lighting systems which are suitable for a variety of high speed imaging applications. The products are highly configurable, allowing them to be tailored to meet specific needs. Veritas lights are cost effective and provide efficient heat management. Compared to traditional products, the object being illuminated does not wilt or melt under the heat of the light. The Constellation Light series is one of their more popular product lines. Veritas plans to introduce several new products to keep up with advancements in the industry. Some of these products will be designed to reduce audible output for cinema. The products are continually designed for smaller form factor, increased functionality, and higher performance. The next generation products will be rugged and weather-proof, making them suitable for any environment. A fairly new but growing industry is LED lighting for horticulture. A new product being developed by EarthTron, BudZLight, is an intelligent lighting system optimized for specific plant cultivation.
