Lighting Science today announced the addition of its next generation Glimpse® Advantage downlight to its product portfolio. The new Glimpse Advantage blends tremendous value with higher quality, outperforming the previous generation of Glimpse by every metric, including up to 50 percent higher output, 90+ CRI and a 50,000-hour lumen maintenance lifetime, making it the longest-lasting, warrantied LED downlight on the market.

In response to customer feedback, Lighting Science’s newest downlight is now also dimmable from ten to 100 percent and can be ordered with different color rings, for no extra charge, for a more customized look. Unlike its predecessor, the Glimpse Advantage is now also wet-rated, making it the ideal lighting product for showers, baths, outdoor patios, porte-cocheres and indoor pool areas.
