The patent-pending ISON™ LED High Lumen High Bay is now the highest-performing high lumen high bay on the market. The fixture features best-in-class lumen per watt efficiency at up to 177 lumens per watt, while delivering between 33,000 and 68,000 Lumens. The ISON™ LED High Lumen High Bay consumes the lowest amount of energy (watts) in its class resulting in the industry’s lowest total cost of ownership . Customers now have the ability to retrofit 750 watt to over 1,000 watt HID lighting systems as well as 10-14 Lamp T5 fluorescent lighting systems while reducing energy consumption by as much as 70%.

The ISON™ LED High Lumen High Bay is upgradeable and interchangeable, allowing maintenance crews to meet changing light distribution requirements, such as moving from an open area to aisle lighting. By simply turning off the power to the luminaire, internal teams can use quick attachments to easily switch out aisle illuminators and modular power packs for driver replacement.

Features include:

  • Wireless networking and remote control sensors

  • Groundbreaking thermal management design, which reduces fixture operating temperature to enhance performance

  • High-performing LED chips and drivers paired with cooler operating luminaires for peak performance

  • Superior fixture designs for maximum light output to deliver light where it is most needed

  • Lightweight fixture body and streamlined packaging reduce installation time and facility impact

  • Rebate savings are maximized due to high fixture performance

Today a typical facility installing the ISON™ LED High Lumen High Bay would save over $230,000 a year, and more than $2.3 million in the next decade over the legacy, inefficient lighting found in the majority of industrial applications.*

The ISON™ LED High Lumen High Bay is the latest extension to Orion's industry-leading LED High Bay suite. The ISON™ LED High Bay suite set new records for performance with up to 179 lumens per watt and an unprecedented modular platform that features hundreds of options that plug and play with standard electrical connections. The innovative, futureproof modular design of all Orion ISON™ High Bay fixtures, including the ISON™ LED High Lumen High Bay, require little to no maintenance.

“Orion has enjoyed significant traction in the market since we launched our LED High Bay Suite last fall, and the ISON™ High Lumen High Bay fixture is already receiving praise from our channel partners because they recognize the significance of using the least amount of watts without sacrificing light output,” said John Scribante, Chief Executive Officer of Orion Energy Systems. “Choosing an alternative will simply mean you spend more on your electrical bill than you need to. Day in and day out, the ISON™ LED High Lumen High Bay, and all the fixtures in our High Bay suite, are going to cost you the least amount of money to run over any other product on the market today. That, coupled with our 10 year warranty, Energy Savings Guarantee and modular upgradeable platform, provides the foundation for a risk-free retrofit and a lighting partner that will serve you well for years to come.”

The ISON™ LED High Lumen High Bay is available through distribution and other authorized resellers throughout North America. Visit orionlighting.com for more information.
