FFR - Lay-In Retrofit Kit from LumenFocus

Part of the FormFocus line from LumenFocus, the FFR is a lay-in LED retrofit kit that replaces existing fluorescent troffer applications.

The lightweight, low profile kit is extremely simply to install – it can be installed in less than five minutes. Once the existing fluorescent luminaire is de-energized and the fluorescent components are removed, the FFR’s end caps and LED panels slide into place and are connected to the existing housing with quarter turns. All the necessary hardware is included with the kit. The easy installation helps save on waste and labor cost.

The FFR can retrofit an existing 2x2, 2x4 or 1x4 troffer fixture, making it ideal for most commercial and institutional applications – offices, retail stores, classrooms and healthcare facilities, to name a few.

LumenFocus offers a companion luminaire to the FFR – the FFL. The FFL is a complete LED luminaire design to look exactly like the FFR, giving customers the option to add new luminaires to match the retrofitted ones. Both products offer a wide variety of lumen outputs for maximum flexibility.

The FFR and FFL range from 2,200 to 9,000 lumens, depending on the options selected. They are capable of producing up to 145 lumens per watt.

The FFR is offered in eight different lumen outputs – ranging from “super low” to “super high” – and the boards are offered in 3000K, 3500K, 4000K and 5000K. Occupancy/daylight sensors, step-dimming drivers and emergency packs are also options.

The FFR is UL 1598 listed for US and Canada, and is suitable for damp locations. Specific configurations are DesignLights Consortium qualified. It is offered with a 5-year limited system warranty.
