GREEN CREATIVE is pleased to announce its acquisition by Harbour Group, a privately owned, operations focused company based in St. Louis, Missouri.  GREEN CREATIVE Co-founders, Cole Zucker and Guillaume Vidal, will continue their key leadership roles in the business.  GREEN CREATIVE will join alongside ILP Holdings Corporation, a Florida based manufacturer of commercial, industrial and outdoor lighting, to expand Harbour Group’s participation in the lighting industry.

Since its founding in 2010, GREEN CREATIVE has served the North American commercial lighting market with an industry-leading product offering of LED lamps and LED luminaires. With its headquarters in Silicon Valley, CA and R&D center in Shanghai, the company’s LED lighting solutions have been widely adopted by some of the largest companies in the world.
