The Board of Appeal of the European Patent Office has dismissed the patent invalidation lawsuit filed by Everlight, a company that has been infringing upon Seoul Semiconductor’s "No Wire" LED technology. This ruling confirms Seoul Semiconductor's victory, solidifying the strong rights of the "No Wire" patent family across 18 countries under the Unified Patent Court (UPC) system in Europe.
