Philips Lighting Share Buyback Periodic Update

Philips Lighting (Euronext Amsterdam ticker: LIGHT), a global leader in lighting, announced it has repurchased 129,400 shares in the period June 26, 2017 to June 30, 2017. The shares were repurchased at an average price of EUR 34.01 per share and an aggregate amount of EUR 4.40 million.

These repurchases were made as part of the company's buyback program, which was announced on May 22, 2017. Philips Lighting will use the shares to cover obligations arising from its long-term incentive performance share plan and other employee share plans. The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 653,373 shares for a total consideration of EUR 21.99 million.
