TI Introduces PRU Technology for LED Lighting Controls

This summer Texas Instruments (TI) talked about the programmable real-time unit (PRU) available on the Sitara AM335x andAM437x processors. As a refresher, the PRU is a 200MHz low-latency multicore co-processor optimized for deterministic, real-time processing with local peripherals and memory that allows customers to save time and money by removing costly FPGAs or ASICs from system designs.
